Excellent coffee which I received right away. I use it in my Nespresso machine. Coffee has a rich aroma as long as you keep the coffee size small. Read more
One of my favorite nespresso flavors, just like at the coffee shop. Super strong, bold, yet smooth. Read more
So, these coffee pods are seriously delicious. They are a better buy than Nespresso, and Pete’s is my go to coffee for regular brew anyway. Biggest complaint is the price. Grateful I can get it here on subscribe and save with a discount, but it’s still very expensive. I am sure they are making a killing above manufacturing costs. And while much cheaper than getting a Latte at Starbucks with a tase I could argue is superior, you are still spending about a $1 for every day you use 2 pods. 30 days at 2 pods a day is $30 for 1 person. And this scenario assumes restraint from having 2 cups a day. It can add up to a LOT of money. As a result, I try to only use these when I am running late, not feeling well, extra lazy or just cant resist the flavor. Otherwise I use my stove top espresso maker which is good, but sadly can’t match these pods in flavor. The only reason I haven’t given them up all together is for the pure heavenly tase these pods create. And so it has become an occasional treat/indulgence associated with a decent amount of guilt over cost. If you’ve never had good espresso and don’t need to know what you are missing, I’d say, restrain yourself and continue in ignorance. Your pocket book will thank you. If you’ve already come to the dark side, and can’t resist; these are incredible and less expensive than some other brands. You may even save money if you are a drive through latte junkie already. And if not, I hope you have restraint or deep pockets. You will need it. Read more
I’ve been really enjoying the Peet’s Coffee Dark Roast Espresso Capsules. The flavor is rich, bold, and smooth, with that signature dark roast taste Peet’s is known for. It has a deep aroma and produces a nice crema when brewed, which makes my morning espresso feel like it came from a café. My only small gripe is that it can be a bit too intense for lighter coffee drinkers, and occasionally the capsules don’t extract quite as evenly as some other brands. But overall, it’s a great option if you love a strong, full-bodied espresso with a hint of chocolatey bitterness. Definitely one I’d buy again! Read more
A good value. A nice strong flavour. Compatible with nespresso machine. I tried these after L'Or pods were unavailable and was not disappointed. I still use nespresso pods, too, liking one of their decaf flavours, but would use Peet's only if I only drank caffeinated. Read more
Though not strong enough for my taste for luongo, this coffee makes for a great cup of espresso. Read more
