Adorable little light! It's a bit smaller than I was expecting, but it's SO cute. I got it as a night light for my toddler and she loves her little frog. It's soft and squishy, and looks just as pictured, and the touch feature to change the light setting is really nice. The pictures I added is at it's brightest setting, and I think it's just enough to not be disturbing, but still illuminate the room enough that she won't be afraid of how dark her room is if she wakes up in the middle of the night. This has been sitting in my "save for later" for months now, as I tried to justify spending money on something for only its cuteness value. Well, this purchase is the textbook example of utilitarian economics: buying it increased my happiness for a value greater than the dollar amount I spent. Not only is it the perfect early morning light, softly illuminating the pitch black northern autumn mornings without hurting my eyes, but the multiple settings let me increase the light as I move through my pre-coffee morning rituals. Seeing him hanging out on my nightstand sparks a smile, with his cloaca somehow making him cuter - something I cannot say about the real birb who lives in the house. So far, he charges easily with the now-universal USB-c adapter, matching my phone, tablet, and laptop ports.¹ While I appreciate the color indicators for charging/full status, the red-green scheme does cause some problems for my color blind partner. This is an accessibility point which does tend to be overlooked, but can cause some frustrations. He was packed with two adorable ducklings and a handful of their accessories, providing me yet more fun and an added dose of happiness. All three of them need names. Good light with a cute theme. The 3 levels of lighting do an excellent job. Only complaint is that if you use the 30 minute auto shutoff mode, you have to reset the switch on the bottom to turn it on again after it shuts off. Read more

Daughter wanted this for Christmas, it came with two rubber duckies, and accessories to dress them up! Batteries were already in the lamp and it worked out the box. The duck body is soft and you push it to set light intensity, the underside is hard plastic where the on/off switch is and it also helps the duck lay flat. This is a battery powered lamp which was perfect since my daughter has a top bunk bed and likes to read at night so she can use this without waking her sibling with a larger lamp. she has fun dressing it up and loves the soft floppy body. The light it gives off is perfect, not too bright nit too low, like a warm tone, you can adjust intensity as stated above. We just got it so i cannot comment on battery life yet. Read more
