Has quite a bit of stretch to it and should accommodate most thicknesses if used on the shaft. However I find that it doesn't tend to stay put at the base and rides up. If you're looking to place around the entire package, I don't think this is the one you want. Soft and stretchy. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 rings broke within about 3 days. All I did was use them around the base (C&B) and around the balls as opposed to just on the shaft itself. I think once or twice I also placed them around the shaft + 1 ball in a sort of X pattern, but I mean, c'mon.
