These are really cute and just normal regular pantys for a little girl...exactly what I expected but they do run a bit small...my daughter is 3 and weighs 29lbs I almost bought the 2t-3t BC she wears a size 3t in clothing and her waist is very small and so are her little legs but I bought a 4t just in case and I'm glad I did because they fit perfect... but had I of bought smaller they definitely would NOT have fit. These fit nicely and were soft after one wash; obviously my daughter loved having Peppa Pig on her undies. One pair unraveled right away and the elastic tore off, so had to throw those out.
