I purchased both the Citrus Orange/Cedar/Lemongrass, and the Rose room and linen natural sprays. The packaging was perfect, with sealed plastic, and also bubble wrap, to prevent leakage. Upon opening, I found a personalized, itemized statement on gorgeous paper from the seller (Julie's Reserve), and a handwritten note to enjoy my product, and enjoy the New Year! Very nice touch, in my opinion. The bottles are compact enough to display discreetly in a powder room, and this stuff is very potent!!! (But in a good way...One spray does the trick!) The Orange Lemongrass reminds me of a beautiful summer's day at a quaint bed and breakfast. The Rose scent is classic and not at all perfumey. Absolutely Heavenly. I will definitely reorder! The item is currently cheaper than it was 10 days ago. Not only is it cheaper, but the ORIGINAL PRICE (pre-sale ) is cheaper. Tried to return to benefit from the 35% sale discount but sadly returns are not free. The cost to ship it back & re-order doesn’t make sense. Disappointed bc I usually make sure returns are free with everything I order. Somehow this important detail slipped past me. If free returns are important to you, be aware. The product itself smells pretty good but I found longevity to be lacking. I ordered two fabric sprays and the other bottle is enormous in comparison. EIGHT times larger! For this small 4 ounce bottle: I paid $3.75 PER OZ. It is currently on sale for $2.49 PER OZ For that premium price; I expect a higher quality product & a longer lasting result. Check around, you can find an alternative with a whopping 32 oz bottle for only $0.72 per oz. Not only is it More economical but I find the quality to be better in both scent and longevity.
