This is the smallest Large-XL. I couldn’t even get the sleeves on over my forearms. I would say it would fit a slim athletic 12 year old. Not even a pre-teen. The material is fine, but it really just is a basic swimsuit cover up. The pictures are misleading. Read the reviews! I wish I would have. I am consistently a large! Read more
