This blush does have pigment and shine. The color I got (a cool pink) is gorgeous. There’s just no staying power even with setting spray. Such a shame. When will they come out with a liquid blush that lasts? Even the more pigmented ones fade on my skin. Even with the strongest setting spray I could find (Ben Nye). I kept this one.
