This cotton butcher twine is perfect for any kind of meat and worked exactly as I needed. It holds tight, ties easily, and gives a good grip even when your hands get slippery while handling the meat. Strong, reliable, and great to keep in the kitchen. Read more

I’ve been using PerkHomy Cotton Butchers Twine to tie meats for roasting, and it works perfectly. The 2mm twine is strong enough to hold everything securely but still flexible enough to tie easily. It’s food-safe, which gives me confidence when cooking turkey, sausages, and other roasts. The 500-foot length provides plenty of twine for many cooking projects. ✅ Pros: – Strong and durable 2mm twine – Food-safe and kitchen-friendly – Long 500-foot length for great value ❌ Cons: – None so far Bottom Line: For anyone needing reliable butcher’s twine for cooking and roasting, this PerkHomy cotton twine is a top-quality, versatile choice. Highly recommend! Read more

Good quality, heavy duty twine. No smell or weird feeling to it, just feels like solid cotton. I used it to make pumpkin shapes to my sourdough loaves and it worked well for that use. Just remember to oil your twine, as it is natural cotton so will leave tufts behind when you pull it away from your bread if you don't! My knots held well, it was thick but not too much for my use, and I can see myself using it for other recipes in the future! Read more

I am very satisfied with this product. The twine is strong, sturdy, and perfect for tying my tamales without breaking. I used it for cooking, and it worked wonderfully – it withstood the heat and kept everything securely in place. I would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended! Read more

If you need to tie up a roast, this is probably as good as any product out there. Adequate, but nothing special. Read more

I accidentally bought this twice, but that's ok because I primarily use this cotton twine for tying up plants to provide support for heavy flowers, and it can take a lot. It is soft, strong, perfect for what I do, and does not damage growing plant tissue while providing support. It looks like a natural color. I also use this when cooking, it works wonderfully for baking if you need to tie something up, like chickens or a stuffed pork loin. Great value for the money for me. Read more

5-star twine? who knew. I am not sure what would qualify as 4-star or lower..... what can you mess up with twine? I guess it could be stringy and unravel and leave little hairs everywhere but THIS.. is not THAT. This twine is the good stuff. So yeah, 5 stars. Seriously though - I got this for kitchen use. Specifically, for tying up sourdough boules before baking so they end up looking like pumpkins :). And it works great for that. (just dip the twine in olive oil so you won't get the twine stuck to your bread!). With 500 feet of it now in my kitchen drawer, I don't think I will need twine for a Looooooong time. In the grocery store they sell you a LOT less twine for more money. Do yourself a favor and get this and you will be set for quite a while! Amazon for the win, again. Read more
