I put them on in the morning for about 20 minutes, and when I take them off, the puffiness is completely gone. It's honestly amazing. The only downside? They’re great for puffiness after late nights of dehydrating yourself with your girlfriends, I have extremely sensitive skin and they didn’t bother me at all.
