didn't even make it a year and I only use it once a week
would have been a year old in november...when the motor went out, the whole thing stopped right in the middle of making a smoothie...couldn't even get the glass off with the ingredients in it, off...had to dump the whole thing. The buyer read this comment and replaced the blender free of charge. It was sent to me overnight and the new one is working fine. It is so hard to get good customer service in this day in time and I knew it was way too late to try to send it back for a refund. I am so grateful to get this new blender. I was about to give up on finding a good smoothie maker. Read more
