The reasons I would give it 4/5 stars is because the heat blows in one direction only and does not have any custom settings for low or hot. I would describe the heat as “low setting on a hair dryer,” which for me is perfect. It doesn’t have any time settings physically on it either. It is VERY minimal in noise. I personally would repurchase this device! It’s very functional and practical with space as well. If you want something you can easily fit in a a desk drawer or utilizes minimal power this is it!
