it’s very soft, from the packaging the face is deformed and difficult to try to fix. the lettering came out beautiful. it seems like decent quality to hold up for a small child. honestly much bigger than i was expecting. delivery took forever, it said it was out for delivery and 4 days later it was on my doorstep, not a fan of the delivery company.
