This is no jean jacket! Its a very thin denim shirt with iron on patches. I bought it for my 2yo grandson with his name on it & dinosaur patches. His mom refuses to send him to dayschool in his carhart or north face coats anymore bc even with his name on the inside tags he often comes home with the wrong coat & his heavier more expensive warmer coats weren’t returning home with him. I thought a jean jacket with his name across the outside back would be perfect for not getting lost or taken by others @dayschool. Unfortunately its only worth the warmth of a long sleeve button up denim shirt. Ive still got my own jean jackets & they’re all heavy thick denim. This is no jean jacket! Theyve bought these thin long sleeve denim shirts, they’re ironing patches on them & calling them personalized Jean jackets. Also, I paid an extra $29.99 for expedited shipping to arrive Dec 19-24. It came just in time for new years. I was refunded my expedited shipping fee but only after getting amazon on the phone, which took me 3 days because help page kept taking me to FAQ articles & chatbots telling me my item was still delayed. Amazon said seller had 48h to reply to their request on my behalf concerning the failed expedited shipping & if they failed to contact me in that time frame then Amazon would refund the entire purchase. I didnt hear back from the seller until the 3rd day & Amazon still has not refund the purchase as promised but the seller returned my expedited shipping fee. Im all for international commerce but had I known before I purchased this item that it was literally coming all the way from China & had to clear customs before it ever got to a US shipping co, I would not have made the purchase in the first place.
