I like to listen to ASMR videos to fall asleep, but wearing traditional earbuds or headphones is extremely uncomfortable. My ears always wind up hurting or I lose my ear buds while sleeping. I decided to try this bluetooth headband out and I wish I did it sooner! It is actually quite comfortable! No more ear pain. The sound quality is pretty great all things considering. It's very easy to use the control buttons on the headband to adjust the volume or turn the power on/off. One thing to note is that if my husband is laying next to me, he can faintly hear what I'm listening to, so that is something to keep in mind. I am trying to get away from sleeping meds so I am trying sound therapy, so I need a way to listen without disturbing my wife. The sound quality is actual very good, I was surprisingly impressed! My main objection is that the speakers move around a bit, that's mainly because you can take them out to wash the headband, which is a great idea. I just think they need a better pocket for the speaker. The band is much more comfortable that the ones the fasten behind your head, there is not band under your resting head with this one. These beautiful sleep headphones are so nice. This is the second pair I have, my other is over three years old and still working wonderfully. I bought another in this beautiful color to take on the road with me, and have one for home. I don't sleep without it. It works great no matter if your a side sleeper or sleep on your back. The volume is so easy to control on the front, centered just in the right space on your forehead, so easy to control. They last for over ten hours, and are so easy to connect to any phone I'v owned. The quality of this headband seemed to be fine and the sound worked well. I gave it three stars because I was using it for sleeping and it is was really uncomfortable having the speakers press on my ears, I’m a side sleeper so maybe that made it worse. I also had to readjust them several times during the night because the headband kept slipping off my ears. They would probably work well if you are exercising or wearing them while awake. Read more
Comfortable, very good sound quality, and the charge holds for a long time. Very nice to use in bed and I've also started using it while relaxing on the couch. Typical earbuds require that you tap on left or right buds to change volume, song etc., which I find confusing and unreliable. This headband has three buttons on front that are much easier to use than tapping left and right. If you really dislike the feel of normal earbuds in your ears, this is a nice alternative.
