I did a trial run with a friend’s air purifier (different brand) before making this purchase. This little thing is a game changer! I still cannot believe how well it works at keeping hair and dust down. I have 2 Bassetts and since I got this purifier have been able to go longer between vacuum and dusting. Even my husband noticed how “clean” the house feels. He wants me to purchase another for the other end of the house. I haven’t exactly figured out the “pet” button/feature on it yet but notice when you push the button it powers up stronger. I also did the suction test where I put hair up to it and it does pull it into the machine. Air quality feels good, doesn’t put out any cover smells. Size is not intrusive to our smaller house. I do wish it was a little less from the wallet but definitely worth it, especially if you own fur babies and/or you shed hair like I do! Read more

I do notice a difference with air quality, live in a home much smaller than this is designed for. However it really doesn’t suck up much dog hair like people claim. I vacuum everyday so I wasn’t looking for much help, but any would do when it comes to dogs lol. If you have dogs and are looking for a little more filtering power I’d look at other units. This is easy to use and can the filters and seems to purify and help the air quality. Has not helped with cooking smells at all. ***UPDATE Still use this everyday, as I’ve said it’s effective-just not as great as many reviews claim. But I WILL say the customer support is 100%! They care about their products and customer experience. They’re working with me to make sure I’m completely satisfied and I’m eager to give another unit a go! I have a large Bernese Maintain dog and his hair is very billowy. I purchased two of these (at first - LOL); one was for our house and the other was going to be a Christmas gift for my sister (who has 3 cats and 1 dog). The hair and dander contributed to a crap load of air dust, allergies, etc. I actually kept both placing these in separate rooms in my house because I was amazed at how clean the air looked on a sunny day; I do not see dust particles in the air anymore, and I don't have to dust 2-3 times a week. Heck, probably not even once a week to be truthful ... I've waited to see how long it takes before I see a little dust settling on dining table, cabinet tops, and side/end tables. It was well over two weeks and I probably didn't even need to dust yet, but was decorating the house for Christmas so figured why not. And, yes, I purchased another for my sister for Christmas gift. Ironically enough she purchased a unit for her house after I was telling her how well it works ... she will have the one she purchased for her downstairs and the one I'm gifting for her second floor where bedrooms are. We were having issues with our basement smelling like cat ammonia. It didn't matter how often we cleaned the litter box, it just perpetually smelled like cat down there. We bought this bad boy and put it in the corner and turned it on. We don't even have to run it 24/7. We just turn it on for an hour or two a day and it cleans all of that cat smell out of the air, at least, as far as I can tell. I don't know, maybe I'm nose blind. But I don't notice the smell anymore. It's good to know that my family and I aren't breathing in that stuff all the time. It's a bit noisy when you turn it on full power. But, TBH, I don't need it on full power for my basement, and I have a pretty big basement. Read more

Seems to work well. Fan is stronger than I expected. Unit looks and feels well made. Grabs dust out of the air. Fan noise is acceptable. It leans to the loud side but I don't mind that. I literally plug these kind of things in and let them run until they don't. We'll see when it gives up. Read more

We’re conflicted. It’s amazing at picking up the cat and dog hair, have to clean the filters every 2-3 days but we have 4 cats and one dog since our daughter moved back home. The only issue we are having is the after cleaning/changing the filter, resetting it as the instructions say, it more times than not, dips clear down to zero% and stays there until you monkey with it. Can’t figure it out. Love it all but that. Will give it a couple more days and possibly return.. to be continued… Read more
