Customers say
their dogs love this interactive toy and find it fun to watch. However, the motor functionality and sturdiness receive negative feedback, with one customer reporting issues with the bottom opening too easily and another mentioning the side cover coming off too easily. Moreover, several customers find the toy not worth the price.

If I could give negative stars I would. The bottom opened too easily and did not want to lock upon opening. The top with the motor will not budge, so I canβt put batteries in (batteries not included.) Then I finally got the bottom to lock and it will not open either. Have not been able to used it, and it is useless. Read more

The directions say to open the upper food lid. Step 2. Remove power core - after googling and searching the web, I finally learned the power core is in the OTHET end. Directions should say that. They include a ver small screwdriver to add batteries but the screws immediately stripped and are too tight to loosen. So, no batteries π’ Very disappointed for $15! Read more

My dog was totally freaked out by this but sheβs only a puppy so will try again when sheβs bigger! It does roll well and dispense treats, but it is quite loud. Overall is what is advertised. Read more
This item did nothing despite being set up exactly as described in the instructions. I put in the batteries and food according to the directions and nothing happened when the button was pushed for the prescribed amount of time. There's more. Putting in the batteries involves complicated disassembly and reassembly, requiring the use of a screwdriver. However, the tiny supplied screwdriver is not up to the task unless you have very strong hands. Of course, since it didn't work, I had to take it apart a couple times to check the batteries (they were good). Basically, a waste of money. Pay attention to the almost 25% of buyers who received a non-functional dog toy. Read more
