My 60lb 11mo puppy loves these balls! They do get a little softer the more she plays with them but they are light and squeezy enough for fun retrieve, catch, bounce and training. AND does not break things in the house since they are fairly squeezable. The sqeeky can be a little loud but it also helps get her attention and she is so excited to play with multiple ones. I'm also suspecting the plastic spikes may even help clean her teeth. They are the perfect size for a German shepherd. Love these! Fair pricing, dog durable and resists sun degradation. After a full year of throwing them and leaving them outside in the sun, and retrieval in a cocker spaniel mouth, the "fingers" are beginning to break off but the dog doesn't seem to notice or care that they bounce strangely.
