This cat feeder is made with quality products. It is easy to fill and we were very pleased with it. However, we left for a four night trip and when we returned, the food had gotten trapped inside the clear container and failed to drop down into the food dish. I didn't get a picture of that, but the picture here shows how it could be happening again after just one night. Maybe that happened because humidity caused the food to get sticky or maybe the container itself needs a larger opening. Either way, we'll be hesitant to trust this feeder to work when there is no one to check on it daily. Read more

These were purchased so I could feed the neighborhood cats while I was out of town. These look decent and serve its purpose. However, you need to test these before you rely on them to properly distribute food. My issue is that the kibble does not properly feed down. At some point, it tends to bind and only trickle a small amount down into the bowl. I know this because I had a camera watching the feed dispenser. Additionally, I used Blue Buffalo grain free kibble in it. This is a smaller sized kibble so there should be no reason for the lousy flow. In any case, you will need to test the flow before you rely on its function to feed your pets. You will need to alter the mouth of the chute for it to properly dispense food. I was thankful that I was able to contact a friend to shake the dispenser so that the bowl would fill. Without them, the cats may have gone a little hungry. In the end, they are still worth the purchase and it will work. Just know that you may need to make some slight tweaks for it to work as it should. Read more
