This is a great 2 level shelf for small spaces. The frame is made from very sturdy black metal, and the shelves are plastic with a slight depression that’s good for keeping water or anything else from spilling. I’m using this in the kitchen to keep my most frequent spices organized and at hand. The assembly was not easy but took less than 10 minutes for one person: there are 2 types of screws and the instruction sheet has a misleading picture of the screws that go in the inside. The larger screws go on the inside and smaller on the outside, and they nest together. The screws themselves are high quality, but they are small and it was a little tricky to put together. It’ll go easier if you have small hands lol or have a magnetic Allen wrench handy. Other than that, it’s a solid little shelf and a decent value for the quality and price. Read more

This shelf is a decent quality basic shelf that can be used for multiple different needs. It's fairly sturdy once built and looks nice. The only real con is that it was waaaay too hard to put together. The first issue was that the screws on the instructions don't match what they look like in the bag (see circled photo), so I spent five minutes looking around to see if I dropped them or if it was not included in my box. Eventually I realized that there were two slightly different looking screws, and that was what needed to be used. The other hard part about assembly is that the screws are super short and need to be held together in place in order to connect them with the screwing tool, but the metal pieces are so floppy until you finally get the last stability bar placed. It is incredibly hard to keep the pieces aligned properly while doing this. For an item with only 6 screw points needed for assembly, it shouldn't have taken 30 minutes to assemble. Sort of involved assembly, not the easiest. It is stable if the surface is level (back of toilets = less stability). It isn't a great value, and looks minimalist utilitarian/budget. If you have a lot of odds and ends you want to organize and display, it's great but otherwise it's too big for fitting inside a cabinet and too small for me to want to devote counter space. I got this for my daughter's dorm room and when I asked her about it she shrugged and said "eh, its mid". Haha. It took a bit to put together and the plastic is off putting to her for some reason. It is sturdy and does help her organize everything on her counter and the storage capacity is fine given its size. I personally like that the shelf trays come off so that they are easy to clean.
