Works, no irritation, installs easy just be gentle when putting in and taking out but it gets the job done. Length and longevity is as good as it gets. Norelco one blade is super underrated. I have been using the Philips Norelco OneBlade 360 for a while now, and these replacement blades are excellent. Each blade lasts me roughly 3 to 4 months with regular use, which is far better than I expected and makes the 3-pack a good value. I was using the same razor blade for my Philips shaver for way too long. It was still working, so I thought why buy another one? I finally caved and got this replacement kit, and after using it for the first time, I realized how badly I needed a replacement! This works so well!
