Excellent workmanship on this halter. I have a 30lb rescue dog and the medium (which is adjustable) fits him perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this brand for a large dog as well. I bought a couple of different harnesses but this one was the one that stuck! It's easier than others to put on the (usually moving) pup with the buckle around the neck first. The reflective lights are very convenient during the night time and easy to see. The harness itself is good quality and sturdy. I like the handle on the top for quick securement. The option to clip the leash in the front or on top of the harness is another great quality of this product. I have a 33lb golden newfie pup and medium has worked fine as it is easy to adjust the straps. My pup seems extremely comfortable in it and doesn't mind it at all. It's also super easy to clean. We picked up the PHOEPET No Pull Dog Harness (Size M, Orange) for our sweet beagle Gabby, and overall it’s a fantastic harness! It’s super easy to put on and take off—no wrestling needed—and the reflective material gives us peace of mind during evening walks. The front clip and sturdy handle are perfect for keeping her under control, especially when she catches a scent and goes full detective mode! That said, be sure to double-check your pup’s measurements before ordering. The medium fit Gabby almost perfectly, but she’s a sneaky little thing and managed to wiggle out once when it wasn’t tightened just right. She gave us quite the laugh—and a little panic too! So, if your dog is between sizes or extra wiggly like Gabby, consider going a size down or adjusting carefully. Still, this harness reminded me how much we all need loving guidance and secure boundaries. Just like Gabby sometimes tries to dart off, we too wander—but thank God, He lovingly pulls us back and keeps us safe (Isaiah 40:11). This is a great harness for a thicker chested dog. I like that it has a strong hand loop on the back and several ways to attach a leash. The material is sturdy and the reflective quality nice to have at night. I have 2 dogs I got this for to test the sizing. It doesn't fit the smaller dog as well who has a big chest and a tiny neck. I wish there was a way to make the neck part tighter as I worry if I got a smaller size it would be too tiny. I am making it work but is slides a lot on him. It fits this in the photo dog much better. The clips are high quality and very strong so you need strong hands to release them. It is easy to put on because 3 clips make it slide on with simplicity. You just have to slip one paw into it the rest wraps around. It sure looks great and the padding makes it more comfortable. Read more
I have looked at a LOT of harnesses for Frenchies and this one really fits great - My favorite part is that it detaches in two spots so it goes on and comes off easily without pulling over my frenchies ears! They have never been able to wiggle out of the harness (and my girl loves to roll around alot! and loses her tags but never detaches her harness!) This fest is solid and heavy duty. I have a 70 pound golden retriever fits her perfectly with plenty of room for once she gets larger. Also, it has heavy duty buckles and the third buckle for the neck part of the vest I didn’t think it would be very useful, but it turns out it is you don’t have to try to slide the vest over your pets snout to get it on It also has a leash connection on the underneath of the neck, which makes it great for lease. Great for walking the dog- easier to keep her at bay. Also like the handle on the back- a good place to grip the dog if needed and direct her where to go or not go. Easy to put on and take off. Wasn’t sure I was ordering the right size, but got a large for my 50 lbs girl. She’s built much like a shepherd but not as husky. And it fits great. I didn’t have to adjust too much. So it was not difficult. We’ve only had the vest for a couple months. The one thing that worries me is the plastic clips that secure the vest and the plastic like hoop to attach the leash. My dog might not be giant, but she’s strong and very energetic. I fear something will give. Read more
