Gave four stars because it was smaller than we expected and we had some trouble installing it. First of all, the holes are not spaced far enough apart to be able to anchor it into two studs. Would have been nice to have the mounting points spaced the standard spacing of studs. Secondly, the plastic grommets and black caps which cover the screws once installed are terrible quality. In order to secure the rack to the wall the cheap plastic grommets get squished and break off. If you leave it a bit loose you can get the black caps on, but then the rack is not as sturdy and to make matters worse, the black caps fall off! We gave up, abandoned the caps, and just left the bare screws visible. We would rather have the rack secure than have the screws hidden. Might go out and buy some black screws. Hmm, perhaps that would have been a good decision to send with this rack in the first place. All that said, the rack does its job, and looks great! Read more
