It came in a very pretty box the picture was pretty on spot I wish it would have been a little bit more brighter hopefully there's not much fading engraving was perfect it looked good and feels good when I wear it so pretty much happy for what I paid for it. Just received my necklace and it is beautiful with such a clear picture. After I placed the order, on late Wednesday night, I realized that a different picture would have been much better on the heart but, I had already placed the order. I reached out to Pictures on Hold as soon as I came to my realization to to see if they could make the edit, this was around 11 PM Pacific standard time. They replied at 5:30 a.m., my time, Thursday morning and told me that they would try to catch the necklace before I was shipped out. So grateful to say that they did and they made the edit and I received it today and saw that they were able to do my request. Thank you so much again Pictures on Gold. First off I will start off with a positive about the company. They are very responsive when you have a problem. However, they refused to refund or give a viable solution to my unhappiness with the product. I ordered the heart shaped picture necklace with engraving. They state that is is 14K gold but it looks tarnished already. I don't believe it is gold at all. The wording isn't clear either. It is small so I could overlook that but it truly looks like those penny machines at theme parks that you pay 2 bucks to engrave a penny. I swear I wish I had one I did at Knotts Berry Farm to do a side by side comparison. I paid 296 dollars and change and it is not worth 20 bucks in my opinion. The only option I was given was too purchase something else and if less value I just lose my money, that makes no sense! I already seen this quality I can only imagine what something that costs less looks like. I ordered a heart chain and the pendant itself came out perfect! However the chain, does NOT match the description provided in the photos. It’s an ugly chain and does not go with the beauty of the pendant AT ALL! Should have been better especially for the price after shipping… I would have loved to give them 5 stars, bc of the chain i gave them 4.
