These medication cases are a really good idea for anyone and I think training device for Mild to Moderate Autistics and other Special Needs Students who are going through transition. I bought these to help my child to learn to self administer his medication. Unlike the old school medication case the use a carousel system to administer the medication, have a clear top to see how many days left, and is really easy to fill. The top comes off to make a easy fill. The top is the only concern. It is made of a thinner material and the tabs are always my concern of breaking. Just be gentle and it is not an issue. Because the case is interactive your child will be more inclined to take their meds. Get the 3 or more packs with the case to make setting up their medication for a month easy and the just switch out the colors each week. Easy, Pazy! Read more

I loved the idea of these. But only one of the cloth cases was in good working condition. The other two were a bit off on their seams. Making it hard to unzip them. The spin button can be a bit sticky, and not spin smoothly. The plastic portion is kind of the fragile type of plastic that will easily break, if dropped. But I really like them, even with all of that. ☝ Read more
Like the concept, and when empty, it works fine. However the compartments do not take as many as stated - max 2 or 3 pills depending on the size PER compartment. If the compartments are too full, the spinning mechanism no longer works and it just jams. Read more
We use this for my quadriplegic husband to take his pills daily. The button rotates the wheel and advances each section so that my husband can easily take it in his restricted abilities. It’s the only pill case that I have ever found that works for him. I have bought a ton of them. The only negative that I have about it is that the covers tend to break too easily. But I also know my husband is hard on it. Whoever created these, thanks! Read more
