I was not a believer in these things until I tried it. Long have I had issues with recurring pimples around my nose (oily skin sucks). I pop one of these on when I get home and those large pimples in the making are stopped dead in their tracks. On more than a few occasions I applied one of these to a pimple I could feel starting to form prior to hitting the bed and woke up the next morning without a massive pimple head staring back at me. I got these for my 13 yr old grandson who is just starting to have little pimples. These are not clear patches but he said that made no difference as the girls are going to school wearing the pimple patches that are colored. My grandson intends to use these only at night. My purpose of getting these was to teach him good facial hygiene before he really needs it so that acne does not become a problem. It appears they work the same as all other patches i have tried. This is my first time using a pimple patch that wasn't clear, and clearly it is the way to go. Obviously not for going out in public while wearing, but for ease of use, it is so much easier to peel off and apply without damaging the patch or missing the pimple. As for medicating the blemish, I think they work well. I really don't know how these things work. Part of me think most of it is just stopping more dirt or oil getting in and keeping you from touching the blemish. Still, whatever the case, these are pretty good. Read more
