I've gone through many different brands of pimple patches and I'm happy with the performance of these. You get a lot for your money and I really like that they come in two different sizes. They work well for day time wear and aren't very noticeable. I love that they help hide the redness and appearance of the pimple while healing it at the same time. There have been a few times where I've had issues with them staying adhered over night but I probably didn't prep the area properly. They definitely stay on better when I wipe the area with a wet wash cloth and dry it before applying to remove any oils or lotions. Overall they've worked well for me and I would definitely repurchase for the price and quantity alone. Read more

I have tried a few different techniques to ensure that I am completely sealing around the edges of the patch when adhering it, but most of the time the edges would prematurely start to lift, breaking the seal, and then end the healing process just when it seems to really be working. On a positive note, you can tell that they are starting to work and there is improvement. They just don't always have the ability to stay on long or well enough to completely get the job done. So they do help, and the area looks better once the patches come off. However, once I removed the patches of the previous brand I had uses, the area had either almost or completely healed and looked amazing. So, yes, they do help, but overall, I'm not 100% impressed. Even though they are more expensive, I will go back to using the "Alba" patches. For me, their consistent, high quality results is worth the money. Read more

These patches are great. These have the same active ingredient as hero patches. They are not noticeable and help hide blemishes. Nothing is really "invisible," but these are way less noticeable than other patches, you won't notice them in passing, you would need to be looking for it or staring to spot it. They absorb pimple gunk (they do turn white as they collect gunk but you can put make up on them if you are wearing them during the day so that won't be as noticeable). I like that I can put concealer on them because sometimes I get a blemish that just rejects make up (I can't get the concealer to stay on). They are advertised for daytime use but I love using them overnight. The patch works while I sleep collecting gunk, often times I don't need to wear a patch the next day if I wear one overnight because the patch has cleared things up. Its nice that they are matte and clear if I need something during the day but they really work wonders overnight. I also love that these come in different sizes. Other patches I have tried are just one large size, I like that these include a smaller patch size so I can use that for smaller blemishes, making them even less visible. This is a HUGE pack. If you use patches less frequently (like me), these are good for several years (based on the best by date on the package) so I don't think they'll go to waste. If you have blemishes frequently and often use patches, this pack is a great value. Read more

They aren't as effective for cystic acne or deep, under-the-skin pimples. Hydrocolloid, the gel-forming material in the patches, absorbs excess fluid, pus, and oil from the pimple, acting as a barrier against bacteria and dirt. This helps reduce the size and redness of blemishes while promoting faster healing. The instructions recommend using the patches during the day for six hours at a time, but in practice it takes longer for pimples to fully disappear. The six-hour period is simply how long it takes for the hydrocolloid to be used up, so you’ll need to replace the patch regularly. Luckily, the package includes 360 patches in various sizes, so there are plenty to go around. Be aware that the product’s before-and-after photos can be a bit misleading. While the patches help, you might still notice some redness for a few days after the pimple is gone. Read more
