I picked up this box three weeks ago after a breakout along my jaw and I have used at least one patch almost every night since. Each thin disk sits flush against my skin and stays put through sleep, face washing, and even a quick shower. In the morning the center often turns cloudy when it has soaked up the white gunk which is equal parts satisfying and reassuring. Redness is noticeably calmer and the spot is flatter so makeup glides on smoothly. The two sizes are handy. I cover smaller whiteheads on my forehead and larger cyst style spots on my chin without wasting product. The adhesive is strong without being harsh; it lifts off cleanly with warm water and I have not had irritation on my combination skin. My only gripe is the backing sheet. It takes a little fiddling to peel a patch loose and I have folded an edge more than once. A tiny pull tab would fix that. Even with that quirk the generous count makes this an excellent value and I still have plenty left after twenty one days of steady use. I don't get many pimples or blemishes but these absolutely work and save my skin when I get the urge to pick. I touch my face a lot and also provides some protection when a pimple is painful. It helps it go away sooner keeps it clean and I will never stop using these. They don't cost very much and you get a lot in this pack if you're comparing to some of the brand names. I really like these pimple patches. They are thin and invisible for the most part. In the past I have purchased ones that left a circle that almost looked like a hickey but these don't do that thankfully. First of all, you get a lot of these. 108 round patches in 2 different sizes. The smaller size is probably going to work for most blemishes, but if you have a bigger problem there's 54 larger patches too. The patches are clear and adhere to the skin very well. I have not had any fall off until I took them off. They blend in to your skin so well that they are almost invisible. I'm not sure I would want to wear one on my face if I was going out, but you could and it wouldn't look that bad, they are that unnoticeable. Now to effectiveness. They do collect some of the junk that is under your skin, so when you remove them there is nasty stuff underneath, but as far as I know there is no medication on these at all, so you're just putting plastic on your skin. I really wish these were treated with some type of medication to help reduce the blemish faster, and perhaps stop it from reoccurring. Still, with these applied, you are less likely to pick at your blemish and cause more irritation, so these should promote faster healing.
