I have intensely sensitive skin but I always want to try "beauty" things so I find myself sometimes having issues with product (scent, ingredients, etc.). I also, thankfully, don't get a ton of breakouts but, when I do, the pimples just last and last and then leave angry red marks. I was so excited for these adorable Halloween themed pimple patches so snatched them up to try for the next time. Well, next time happened and here's what I found: 1) They stuck really well to my pretty oily combination skin! 2) There wasn't much, if any smell after application and I am highly sensitive to that. I *did* notice the lovely tingling and almost numbing sensation. 3) Overnight, the smallest of the 2 pimples went from visible to smooth and the larger went from angry looking to small and the size of the first one. I don't know if all pimple patches are this effective but it was like magic! My experience only of course. All in all, they work amazing for me, look super cute and are worth every penny-especially for how many you get! I'll be walking around with spooky on my face forever at this point, lol, but I'm not complaining. Read more

Cute and great for the spooky holidays when you've got an unfortunate break out. Also perfect if you're one of those folks that celebrate Halloween all year round (because it's obviously the best holiday). They are fairly small, so best used on smaller spots. Best used on anything that is already open or has an exposed head. These don't work well on blackheads or deep cysts with no visible head. I noticed no adverse skin reaction and they stuck on well throughout the day and night. Read more

This is a fun festive set of pimple patches. I love the Halloween designs and there's a lot of variety. It comes with two different sizes: small and medium. Most of them are small, 15 are the medium size. The adhesive works really well and not a single one fell off overnight. They are effective at protecting the skin and they helped it heal. The salicylic acid and tea tree oil in the patches also helps prevent future breakouts. This is a great deal, and you get a lot of patches. Highly recommend these Halloween pimple patches. Read more

Combining blemish treatment and spooky season fun, these Halloween-themed hydrocolloid patches are infused with tea tree oil and salicylic acid. There are 5 sheets totaling 90 patches, with cute, cartoonish white ghosts, black cats, black bats, orange skulls, orange pumpkins, and black hats with feet underneath and eyes peeking through. I mention the color because the directions say to remove a patch after it turns white. The ghosts are already white. The directions also mention that the patches work best on whiteheads. I tried an orange skull on a whitehead, removed it after several hours (when it was still orange), and the whitehead was almost completely gone. I was impressed, but also wondered how long the skull patch would take to turn white. I like that the patches are large, with enough material to surround the unsuspecting blemish. I try my best to choose cruelty-free products, so in reviewing this product, I'm surprised to not see a mention that it's cruelty-free or does not test on animals. Smile Youth is a name used by a company called CELECARE. There are multiple hydrocolloid patch listings by CELECARE that do mention being cruelty-free so hopefully these are too. These are currently priced at $12.99 which seems like a bit much for someone to pay without knowing whether they will work. They will only be timely for Halloween for a short window. Even though there are a lot of patches, I feel like the set should be a bit less expensive considering the Halloween of it all. Read more

This is my first time trying pimple patches - the halloween designs convinced me to give it a go. I like my self-care to be fun. I used these on a 3 pimples overnight and 2 seemed to get less noticeable but the third most inflamed hormone acne type, shrunk significantly and did not come back later (I was always skeptical of these patches, thinking they just smooshed acne down only for it to pop back up, but I was happily proven wrong!) They stuck very well, even one I moved 3 times before committing. In the morning removal wasn’t totally pain free because they stuck so well. This was about 7.5 hours in and they still didn’t turn fully white like the directions said to wait for, so maybe make sure you have a decent amount of time to wear these. Overall so glad I tried these! I am now a believer in acne patches. Read more

Cute pimple patches with some holiday flair. They stay in place well but seem a little on the large size to me, and dark. My favorite is the skull with the bow. Once on, after a few minutes, you can’t even feel that it’s there. My skin was fine, they didn’t upset my skin at all. The price seems average when compared to similar products. I took them to work and passed the rest out to my Gen Z nurse coworkers who are obsessed with decorating their zits, and they were thrilled. There are 90 patches so sharing seemed obvious, I hope no one needs the whole box for October. Can’t wait to see what other holiday patches they have. Read more

This review is for the Halloween pimple patches. They are cute, and would be fun to wear around Halloween. But, they are a little big (but not big if you’re wearing them festively!). I feel they don’t have as much “padding” in them after warring them for some time as other pimple patches do, and they don’t absorb as much. They stick and stay on very well. Note that the ingredients of these patches include “tea tree oil” and they have a slight tea tree oil smell. The pimple patches come in sheets; the patches themselves are not individually wrapped. Fun patches for the holiday, they just aren’t as potent as others. Read more
