So far, very pleased. I bought this to use professionally on Ikea assemblages. I have adult-sized power tools. Ikea says to only use manual screwdrivers on their furniture. This is because Ikea hardware is very low quality and the screws are easy to strip. The "wood" which constitutes ikea furniture is MDF which is VERY heavy and fragile- not a quality combination, but Ikea is dedicated to keeping prices down. It's far too slow to assemble ikea with manual screwdrivers. But my power drivers do strip the screws and tear up the MDF. THIS LITTLE $30 DRIVER IS THE ANSWER! It has low torque/weak power and be can be easily controlled and safely be used to assemble Ikea. And it goes much faster than manual screw driver. It's been a great professional investment. I absolutely LOVE this cordless electric screwdriver! It is small and fits perfectly in my hand. It is lightweight and easy for me to carry and use. I am a 5 foot, 100 lb, 55 year old woman. My husband's cordless drills and screwdrivers were always so heavy and difficult to use. I hated having to ask him every time I wanted something done, then having to wait until he got around to it. Now I just grab my own little power tool, and do my projects myself. I also love the compact carrying case that keeps everything neatly stored. I would definitely recommend Pink Power tools! The media could not be loaded. seller emailed stating their hours of operation. This was three days ago. I haven’t gotten a response. The AC adapter for my driver doesn’t fit. There’s no way to charge it no way to power it up nothing it is also very flimsy made was very cheap material. Read more

I always say that you can tell a company by the service you get when you have an issue. My drill broke down in the middle of a project. I contacted the company. Customer Service answered me promptly and on a Sunday. A replacement was sent out promptly and I was back on the job in no time. I love my pink drill and I have put together DYI projects with it. I live this. I have pretty small hands and lots of neuropathy. It works great. I put together two furniture items by myself. I would encourage anyone to buy it. I live in a home so I am always doing projects but this would be a great gift for someone headed off to college or for a bride to help her accomish new projects or even for a new mom. The only thing I saw that could be improved was the reverse switch. As your tightening up a screw sometimes my hand would easily hit the reverse switch other than that it’s a great tool for women lightweight made well and works great! Read more
