I absolutely love this skirt. It is high-waisted and sits at a perfect spot to wear a slightly cropped shirt with. I very much appreciate the built-in shorts as they seem to stay in place better than many others that I have tried. It is also a wonderful bonus that the shorts have pockets included. Well the shorts are stretchy the material of the skirt itself is not quite as stretchy. I often bike in skirts like this so having a little bit more stretch is beneficial however for all practical purposes the material of this is still fine and still moves with you and doing most activities. It's also a very comfortable breathable fabric. I am 5'8 about 100 and 30 lb. I tend to fluctuate between a small and medium. I got the small in this and while it fits it is very tight and I'm thinking I would have preferred to have the medium. Read more
This review is for the PINSPARK tennis skirts for women, 15” high wasted in red. The fabric is light and airy, but it feels closer to a swimsuit type material. The red is a nice shade of red, not an orange red or a dark red. It is close to the listing photos shade. I ordered an XL, which is my normal size as I like a looser fit. This is too small. It runs small. The waist was too tight and the ends of the shorts under the skirt were too tight, which I don’t think has ever happened even on shorts that are about 1 size too small. So if you have thicker thighs, maybe need to go up two sizes or cut the shorts. I took off a star for this. Even with the stretchy material, which it does have some give, it was too tight. It was a good length on me, but I am short. I think the price is about in line for what I would expect for this quality. So I think it’s a fair value for the price, but you may need to size up. I wanted to love this tennis skirt. I ordered the black in a size small (I’m 5’2” and about 100 lbs). The material was thinner than I expected and seemed to create a lot of static, so the skirt kept clinging to my legs and didn’t hang very well. That said, there are some things I really liked. The thick waistband is comfortable, and the inside pocket is a game changer and very practical. The shorts underneath were a little wide for me, but I actually didn’t mind the slightly looser fit. Overall it’s a cute skort with nice features, but the fabric quality wasn’t quite what I hoped for at this price point. Read more
This PINSPARK tennis skirt is one of those pieces that makes you feel slightly more athletic just by putting it on—even if your actual performance is still a work in progress. The 15” length hits a really flattering, comfortable spot, and the high waist stays put without constantly needing adjustment (a small miracle during pickleball). The built-in shorts are breathable and actually useful, with pockets that can handle a phone or a ball without turning everything lumpy or awkward. It’s lightweight, moves well, and doesn’t cling in weird places, which is always appreciated in Florida-level heat. Overall, it’s a great mix of cute and functional—basically the kind of skirt that works just as well for playing a match as it does for grabbing a post-game coffee and pretending you totally dominated out there. I really like this little athletic skort from PINSPARK! Like so many skorts this season, this little tennis/golf/pickle ball skirt is adorable. What sets this one apart is the fabric. Rather than being a thicker silky fabric, this one feels like a mix of very thin athletic fabric and cotton. It doesn't have any cotton in it, but it sort of has a feel to the fabric that reminds me of a very thin cotton. Other than that, it's very similar to skorts from other brands, but only in the best of ways. It's the perfect length between the thigh and knee. It has wonderful movement to it and a nice flat panel at the waistline. It's well constructed and the color is as advertised. I wear skorts of all kinds in the spring and summer, and this is a welcome addition to my collection. For the fit, style, fabric and usability I highly recommend this latest addition to the PINSPARK garment family! It fits perfectly in my typical size small and features a good purchase price. I have another skirt style by PINSPARK so I decided to order this one too. It has a great comfortable waistband that doesn’t squeeze along with the built in shorts. This skirt has pockets in the shorts but not the skirt like my other one. The fabric is lightweight but I found that it was sticking to my legs while I walked. I’m not sure if it was just that day but I felt like it was riding up my rear end. It’s comfortable enough for hot sunny days playing tennis or golf. If I were to purchase another one, I’d get the other style by this manufacturer. I liked the fabric and styling better. Overall it is still a good value for a skirt like this. Read more
This is a very lightweight skort. The material feels like silk (though it's poly). The light weight is most welcome on warm weather days on either the courts or the golf course. Yet the skort is equally at home running errands after exercise. The pants have two pockets for holding your phone, keys or other essentials. The material dries quickly. All-in-all, this a great addition to the workout wardrobe. Read more
The sparkle blue color is really pretty in person—bright and fun without being neon. I ordered a Small based on the size chart, but in hindsight I should have sized up based on my past experience with this brand. It fits, but it’s a bit snug through the waistband. The outer skirt layer is fairly clingy, so it tends to show the outline of the shorts underneath more than I expected. The built-in shorts themselves are on the shorter side, but they’re very soft and comfortable. Read more
