I have tried many dairy relief pills, and this is the best one yet. I only have to take 1 pill to give me relief. It works quickly, and I can enjoy my milk, yogurt, chees,e and other lactose products. The pills are small in size and easy to swallow. It was also a good value for the money. Read more
These dairy pills work great. Take one with the first bite of dairy (example bowl of cereal) and it won’t upset your stomach. I am not lactose but I have a sensitivity to milk and I never know when it will bother me. I started using these when cereal bothered me all the time. So did a bowl of ice cream.
