These dairy pills work great. Take one with the first bite of dairy (example bowl of cereal) and it won’t upset your stomach. I am not lactose but I have a sensitivity to milk and I never know when it will bother me. I started using these when cereal bothered me all the time. So did a bowl of ice cream.
