Very Happy & Checked All the Boxes
I have tried a lot of different waterline eyeliner pencils. I wanted waterproof too. Some have been extremely expensive and others not too costly. So, far this is my new choice. It goes on smooth, lasts all day on my upper waterline, I have to reapply after 7 hours on the bottom. However, it never smudges and right now I am not looking to try any news ones for the past three months when I discovered and tried this one. Read more
