Fit perfectly in my sneakers and relieved my plantar fasciitis
After walking too many miles in sneakers with little arch support, I started experiencing high arch pain. Based on many videos, I self diagnosed myself with Plantar Fasciitis and decided to try this pair of insoles. I'm a 9.5 sneaker and these medium insoles fit perfectly, without having to trim or pull out the existing (rather flat) insoles. The insoles are snug and don't shift at all. I was afraid that the insoles would be too thick, but loosening the laces did the trick. I walked a few miles with the insoles and the arch support feels great with a lot more cushioning in the heel and forefoot. This is only the first trial, but I feel fairly confident that these insoles have saved my feet from further pain and my sneakers from the scrap heap. I was also very satisfied with the quality of the insoles, for the price - it's a great value! Read more

These are high quality insoles for the price that they are. There’s only so much you can do with a $10 product. I wear them to work as a team member at Target for fulfillment and inbound. I’m on my feet all day and moving in all directions. My feet hurt less with these, but they slip around a little. I’m a female, 5’7” over 200 lbs and they work for now. Read more

Really seemed to help my wife out and the price was really good.
