After walking too many miles in sneakers with little arch support, I started experiencing high arch pain. Based on many videos, I self diagnosed myself with Plantar Fasciitis and decided to try this pair of insoles. I'm a 9.5 sneaker and these medium insoles fit perfectly, without having to trim or pull out the existing (rather flat) insoles. The insoles are snug and don't shift at all. I was afraid that the insoles would be too thick, but loosening the laces did the trick. I walked a few miles with the insoles and the arch support feels great with a lot more cushioning in the heel and forefoot. This is only the first trial, but I feel fairly confident that these insoles have saved my feet from further pain and my sneakers from the scrap heap. These are high quality insoles for the price that they are. There’s only so much you can do with a $10 product. I wear them to work as a team member at Target for fulfillment and inbound. I’m on my feet all day and moving in all directions. My feet hurt less with these, but they slip around a little. I’m a female, 5’7” over 200 lbs and they work for now. Read more
