Received items in a nice box with directions and a certificate of authenticity for both the roller and Gua Sha. The roller and Gua Sha are good quality. I love the feel of both of them on my face. I ordered this similar Rose Quartz Gua Sha from Mount Lai in Japan, off Instagram in May ‘25 and, they ended up taking my money and never shipped my product! So, I decided, after still wanting a rose quartz gua sha, to give this Company on Amazon a try. Upon the items arrival and my inspection, this morning, I was VERY pleasantly surprised and pleased with my purchase. I had read some of the reviews on this product that said that the material used was sub-standard or that it broke. Well, I have to report that that is NOT my experience! I’ve already tried out the product and I LUV it. The Rose Quartz is of high-quality material, the Quartz is smooth and it is ergonomically correct in size and shape! I would highly recommend this company AND this gua sha. * I would also recommend that you keep it in its’ original packaging, whenever you’re not using it, because this gua sha is made of a natural substance and it will break, if YOU drop it! (if you dropped it and it breaks, that’s not any reason or basis to leave this company a negative review! because it’s not their fault that YOU dropped it!)
