I only needed 12 for my project so I have plenty of extras, but I had no problems nailing these into the bottom of my dog's feeding station. I made it out of cherry wood so I didn't want it sitting in any kind of "slobber" water runoff (BIG dogs) so these did the trick. Can't wait for future projects .... I have 88 left over! Read more
Our piano bench was scratching our hardwood floor every time someone sat down to play. The shape of the feet are unusual making our usual solutions (felt pads, booties) hard to apply. These tacks worked well because we could position them so they covered enough of the foot to protect the floor and are not worried about them coming off as felt gliders sometimes do. Because of the small size, we used multiple tacks per foot, but that let us position them in key places. They were pretty easy to put in. I used a hammer and bent a few, but there are plenty in the box so that wasn’t a big problem. I was a little worried that the hard plastic might make some marks, but so far, they’ve been gliding very smoothly with no marks on the floor. My only issue with these is that they very slightly raise the height of the bench. It wouldn’t make much of a difference on most furniture , but we’ve had to get used to the height difference when playing the piano. Again, it’s not a big deal but something to think about if exact height is important. Read more
These were super easy to install and have made a huge difference with our chairs sliding on the floor. They seem to be very durable, but still soft enough that they won't scratch the floor. We are very happy with them so far and hope that we don't have to replace them anytime soon. I also appreciate that you get so many in one pack, it's a great value. 10/10 recommend. Read more

Product exactly as described and pictured. I installed these on our wooden bar stools and dining room chairs, which sit on a ceramic tile floor. Previously, these chairs had felt pads. The installation was very simple, just nail them into the bottom of the leg. The only problem is that the nail part is soft metal and about 20% of them bent as I was nailing them in. Fortunately, it's a pack of 100 so there were plenty more. Once installed, the chairs' glide was noticeably improved compared to the felt pads and they didn't pick up hair like the felt pads did. I can't imagine that they would scratch the tile floor. One thing to note is that these are 1/4 inch thick so they will raise your chair by 1/4 inch. Also, they are not big enough to cover the bottom of a typical chair leg so there will be some space underneath them. Look carefully at the pictures in the original product description. I didn't notice this but my wife did. Still, the fact that they don't pick up hair like the felt cushions was enough of a plus to her to ease her concern about the slightly different look that they gave to the chair. We're happy with them and I recommend them. Read more
These are small infant on my dining room table lakes I've tried other things on the feet that have either broken or slipped off. At this price, even if you break a couple of them while putting them on it doesn't make any difference you have a lot more. I actually have two tables that these went on including 4 chairs for one of them this on carpet the other table is on a new plank floor that I don't want to scratch up. Suggest that when you put these on you use a perinatal pliers or something to be able to tap them into place because since they are small it's very hard to hold them and then tap them with a hammer or a small mallet. Easy to use. Good quality and hold up nicely so far. It’s the perfect size for all the things I’ve used it on. It has not scratched my floors and glides right across the floor with no issues. Read more
