I didn’t really want such high boots and preferred a wider and more stable base.. slightly more casual. I compared these to the Athlefit boots which were the same color just with a square toe and chunkier heel. I walked around for a while and couldn’t decide but ultimately settled on this boot because the insole was more comfortable and cushioned. The edges were also sewn better and i didn’t feel them rubbing on my achilles. Ideally i would swap the chunkier heel since i plan on wearing it in a cold/rainy/cobblestone trip to Ireland but I’ll have to hope the luck of the Irish is on my side Read more

These boots were a win for my wife right out of the box. She said they look great, feel great, and fit the way they should. I am so impressed, these boots look cute in the photos but the material actually has that soft supple texture like real leather. It doesn't have that stiff plastic type of feel like a lot of boots I've tried on. So I've got some big legs, currently 15 inches on one and 15.5 on the right because I'm in the middle of a weight loss journey. I barely got these boots zipped up. It's a tight fit but wow, they look amazing on me once they're on. Really if your calves are thicker than 15 inches, it's going to be a problem wearing these because there is no stretch panel anywhere in the boots. Those pictures of the models with scrawny legs and a huge gap in the calf section? I can't even guess how small someone's legs would have to be to get that same look. Mine are giving thick vixen and I actually love it. Once I'm further into slimming down, they won't be so snug on my legs but will still look great. The platform is not very tall, just an inch so the heel feels quite high. Good for going out and looking cute while sitting, but not walking through the city looking hot unless you're a pro at high heels. Hope this helps! Read more

I got these as a gift for my wife, and overall - they seemed nice at first glance, but as she tried them out, there was more that stuck out as a con, than as a pro. Pros When you're not inspecting them very closely, they do add a good look to your outfit, but sort of stand out in a not-so-nice way upon closer inspection. Clean, non-embellished design that works well with casual or dressier outfits Cons Not very comfortable, especially for longer periods of wear Heel is VERY blocky, more so than it appears in the listing photos Materials and overall feel don’t come across as very premium Ran a bit small for my wife, so sizing up may be necessary- your mileage may vary. Overall, they're worth a shot, especially for the price, but bear in mind, you stand a chance at returning them. Read more
