I ordered the PlayStation DualSense Wireless Controller (Renewed) in Cosmic Red to use as an extra controller for my PS5, and it’s been perfect right out of the box. It seems I’ve unfortunately received a faulty or damaged controller. After several attempts to charge it, I’ve had no success. Initially, I thought it might simply need a full recharge, but even after leaving it plugged in for hours, there was no response—no lights, no connection, nothing. It appears the battery may be completely dead or non-functional. In an effort to troubleshoot the issue, I even tried connecting it to my PC and downloading the PlayStation Accessories software, hoping to force a firmware update or reset. Unfortunately, that didn’t help either. The controller remains unresponsive, showing no signs of life or charging activity. Based on everything I’ve tried, it’s clear the controller is either seriously damaged or completely dead. I understand that electronic issues can happen, but receiving a non-working product right out of this USPS mailer is disappointing. I would appreciate a resolution, whether that’s Amazon seller accountability, or a refund as this clearly wasn't tested. Also, classified as Excellent condition and it wasn't. So far, so good. Albeit, it came assembled weird. As first I assumed the right stick was broken as I felt a crack when rotated the stick around. Any issue at all with a controller this expensive is unacceptable so I considered reporting this and getting it replaced, however I realized that the black plating around the sticks was not clipped on right at all, and after taking it off then putting it back on right, it was totally fine. The crack was still there though in the right stick, so I realized that the rubber nub on it was put on upside down, leading to the issue there. Other than how badly it was assembled, it's perfect, clean, and basically brand new. Works amazing, I love it. The quality is incredible, the controller feels great to play with. I especially appreciate the back buttons you can map, and what's cooler is that Playstation has an app for PC that allows you to configure the buttons in any way you want into profiles, and switching profiles is seamless and only takes two simultaneously button presses. Depending on the game, I switch the profiles to suit my needs with the buttons on the back, it's very convenient. Read more

So far so good. Love the color!! Al ok the things work 👌 charges fast ! Buttons are easy to gently wipe clean. Duo sense is super cool and works well. Speaker/mic thing works well! These things are not very durable though but I get it. Just wish they were like drop proof a little bit ..cuz u accidentally drop it and like boom it won't work right ... this is our 5th one in like 6 months.. not the fault of the brand or anything. Just gets knocked over off shelf 1ft up off the floor,or drops out of kids hands from like slouchy bean bag length up off floor, but if it hits the floor carpet or not it stops working and gets glitchy... The PlayStation 5 controller is simply amazing. The haptic feedback and adaptive triggers make every game feel much more immersive. The vibration is precise and reacts perfectly to what’s happening on screen, which really enhances the gameplay experience. It’s also very comfortable to hold, the buttons feel solid, and the battery life is great. Definitely one of the best controllers out there. Totally worth it! Read more

It looks really nice and easy to use. However, the quality is not the best after less than a year. It had to be replaced so I would look into better quality for the price. I think it the quality could be better. Read more

Excitedly ordered this controller for my wife as one of hers just died and she was interested in gyro, but failed to notice that this was a refurbished controller. No bigs, there’s been plenty of times where I’ve purchased something used and it was still more than in working condition. When it arrived, it was in a USPS mailer envelope with a white usb-c cord, and nothing else. Also no bigs- we can google whatever we need to know for setup etc. My wife noticed it was kind of grody looking, which we also tried to ignore because if it works, it’s super easy to clean/sterilize a controller. But it didn’t work. The usb-c port on the controller was wiggly as hell which meant it kept disconnecting while plugged into her pc ((how she would primarily be using this controller)). After a quick googling we find that this is a common issue with these controllers, so we figured it would be safer to return this, eat the return charge, and purchase one from a local store so returns would be easier. This controller should NOT have been shipped out, but it seems either it slipped through inspection or wasn’t inspected for issues at all, so heads up. Read more
