Thanks to my mom and grandmother, I have been wearing Playtex bras since I left my training bra. This is one of the better bras I've ever had. The lift is good. The fit is okay even though the cups seemed a tiny but small ( I've gained weight). But the comfort level is off the charts. I have never had a more comfortable bra. It looks smooth under shirts and is pretty. Read more

Everyone knows your bras eventually get old and so worn that they feel uncomfortable. I hadn't bought new bras in years, so I decided to invest in some. Since many bras are expensive, I try to get as many years out of them as possible, but eventually, they become unusable. I remember seeing Playtex bras some time ago and searching for them. I've used them for years, but like I said, I don't buy bras often. I prefer bras with padded shoulders because they feel much more comfortable, so I wanted this one. I was happy to see they were on sale when I bought them. This Playtex bra is an 18-hour style designed to lift and support all day. It doesn't have an underwire but features padding on the shoulder straps. There are three hooks for each of the three closure options, totaling nine hooks, allowing a couple of inches for adjustment. Because there are three hooks per section, I find it more secure when I fasten them. I bought the nude color, which suits many skin tones and blends in naturally. After receiving the the nude ones, I saw some more which were four dollars cheaper and they were white, so I bought some of those too because I like how they feel. I like that they fit well, the straps are padded and comfortable, and the design is attractive. These are priced very reasonably; buying directly from Playtex costs about twice as much. The instructions are to machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. They are made in El Salvador from 81% nylon and 19% spandex (cup and center belt) and 92% nylon and 8% spandex (back). I always put my bras in lingerie bags and hang them to dry after washing them in the washing machine, which helps them last longer. Using a lingerie bag prevents them from twisting around other clothing during laundry. For sizing, they are true to size, so if you buy your regular size, they should fit well and be comfortable. I really like this bra because I feel it provides excellent support. I like this bra and ordered several. I opted for the 18-hour style because I can just put it on and forget I'm wearing one. Sometimes I work long hours, and it’s nice not to worry about how I feel in my clothing. If you've seen those expensive bra ads, I think this is a much better deal—you get comfort and support without the cost. these are my reasons for highly recommend this bra. Read more

I'll give it a four for material. Not happy with the lack of support under the arms and cup size does not seem to be a DD. Tried the triple d and cup size fits better but still no support under the arms and the 38 is too big around the chest in both sizes. I should have tried a 36 possibly. Really good material though very comfortable. Read more

These bra’s are a great deal. I bought three. What a great price and they’re very high-quality. Comfortable and not binding and making me uncomfortable at the end of the day, you’re not finding relief after you remove it. It is a great fine for me. I didn’t get a D cup, which is a little large for me. I love the ease of putting it on and the courage is perfect. It has four hooks in the back to give it a very strong and durable hold. Great coverage and a great fit. Read more

I used Playtex back in the day and move to less restrictive matronly bras but this Playtex bra, with several hook-n-eye back closures, was lightweight with no padding, I avoid extra padding as I dont need to look bigger than I already feel massive at 42DDD. it lifts and supports, fits well, no spilling out and looks smooth under clothes. Its simple but pretty. I am tired of undewires digging in and this has none. Got at a great price Cyber Monday, you pay more for other colors but white is fine. . Read more

You know your bras are old and so worn out that they no longer hold you up, no matter how much you tighten the straps. This was the case for me since I hadn't bought new bras in YEARS so I decided it was time to invest in some bras. I used to spend a lot of money on each bra from an expensive store (shhh, it's a secret!) and, while I loved them, it didn't seem to be very practical to me if I could find less expensive bras that were good quality and could do just as good of a job. I remember seeing Playtex bras when I was much younger and started searching for them. This seemed to be a popular choice among many people so I chose one of these to test it out. This Playtex bra is an 18 hour bra meant to lift and support all day. It doesn't have an underwire and it's lightly padded on the shoulder straps. The cups aren't padded and there are three hooks for each of the three closure sizes for a total of nine hooks. I purchased the nude color which is a nice, light color that is good for a lot of light-colored and dark-colored clothes. Washing instructions are machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. It is made in El Salvador of 81% nylon and 19% spandex (cup and center belt) and 92% nylon and 8% spandex (back). I always put my bras in lingerie bags in the washing machine and hang them up to dry. For sizing purposes, I am typically a 36D and ordered a 36D in this bra. It fits perfectly so I'd say you will most likely want to order your normal size. This is a full-coverage bra so it goes up a little higher on your chest. I like the fact that it fits me nicely, the straps are padded and comfortable and the design is attractive. The reason I'm not a big fan of this bra is because I don't feel it's very supportive. I usually wear underwire bras and thought I'd try this because it seems to be a popular choice. Even though I tighten the straps, I still feel like I'm drooping because I don't feel the bottom part holds me up enough. I end up adjusting myself several times throughout the day (fortunately, I'm a stay-at-home mom). The other reason I don't really like this bra is because it isn't padded. I don't need a lot of padding but I like some padding to hide the fact that I get cold. It was very easy to see that I was cold when I wore this bra, which my husband was delighted to point out to me. Since this particular bra doesn't suit me well, I ended up purchasing Playtex Women's Secrets Body Revelations Underwire Bra, Black Jacquard,36D which I LOVE and ordered several of them! I opted to keep this 18-hour bra because I can just use it for when I'm relaxing at home so it will get some use but I don't see myself purchasing anymore of these anytime soon (I'm in my mid-30s so this could change when I get older). I think if you are smaller-chested, this is a good option because it's comfortable, especially if you don't like underwire. I'm bigger on top and prefer padding and underwire so this bra doesn't suit me but others may like it. Read more
