Seems like the sizing ran a little small but I give it a 4 Star bc my daughter absolutely loves it and mentions regularly how much she enjoys using it after her showers. Given the relatively inexpensive price for this soft and plush body-towel-and-hair wrap set, I had set my expectations accordingly low. Also, I had never used such a set before, so I have no basis for comparison. But having said that, I will also say that I was blown away by this set. The body wrap was large enough to fit me comfortably. Both it and the hair cap exceeded my expectations. Although my hair isn't especially thick, it is fairly long (mid-back in length). Except for a couple of wisps, I was easily able to put all of my hair into the cap. The hair stayed in despite the cap feeling comfortable. (I had mistakenly expected the elastic to be fairly tight in order to keep my hair in.) I decided to experiment. Normally I dry myself off before stepping out of the shower. Even so, I dread coming out of the shower and being blasted with air that feels cold in all but the summer months. (It is currently mid-autumn as I write this review.) I decided to experiment today: I dried my hair and only the right half of my body before putting on the wrap and hairpiece. Once the set was on, I stepped out of the shower. I was astonished by how warm this set kept me. Both pieces of the set had a tag sewn in that said, "The dark color faded slightly when it was first washed." Given the poor English in other parts of the tag, I assume that that was intended, not as a statement of what had happened, but as a warning that the dye might run. Consequently, I let the cap soak for a couple minutes in cold water in the sink. I did not notice any color bleeding. Even so, you might wish to wash them with dark colors for at least the first few loads, since the cap shed several tiny balls of fluffy lint. (An amusing note about the English on the tag. If you look closely, you will see it says, "Base yam: 100 polyester fiber.") I have only used the set one time, so I can not say how durable it will be. I was excited about this towel wrap when ordering, but the reality didn’t match my expectations. I thought it would make an excellent cover up between the shower and getting dressed. Unfortunately, I don’t care for the material. It is soft. I will give it that. But I find it too clingy and a bit odd feeling. It’s more of a velour than a terry material. My larger complaint is that it is too short. I wasn’t looking for a robe, but this hits more like a mini skirt. I was anticipating a bit more length than it actually has. The quality is good and I expect it will last for many years. I’m just not sure it will see all that much use in my house. You may love it for the same reasons that I do not. But this bath wrap quite literally, left me wanting more. Read more

This towel wrap and hair towel are better than expected, I use it all the time. It stays securely in place thanks to elastic that isn’t too tight, strong Velcro, and two snaps on each side of the Velcro strip. There’s also a lower snap, but I find it unnecessary because the sides overlap well. I expected it to be heavier, but it’s surprisingly lightweight. The fabric isn’t like a typical towel; it feels more like velour, yet it’s very absorbent and dries much faster than terry cloth. It’s comfortable, provides good coverage, and washes well. The construction is solid, with no loose threads or unfinished edges. The color is a deep marine blue. The wrap is made from one long piece of polyester fabric without seams, and the edges are neatly finished with white fabric tape that’s well stitched. There’s a decorative bow made from the same material, which I think is unnecessary, but it doesn’t look bad. The hair cap fits snugly enough to stay on without slipping, though it took me a little time to figure out how to tuck all my long hair inside quickly. The price is reasonable, and the design is far better than other plus-size wraps I’ve tried. Those felt like plain towels with ineffective closures, but this one is secure, easy to fasten, and stays closed. I would buy it again, though it seems durable and unlikely to wear out anytime soon.
