This is my first kaftan at age 54 and I am sad it took me this long to get one. I ordered 3 colors and love them all! The colors are bright or bold and beautiful! Super comfy!! Size is great! Beautiful, lightweight, and cool in hot weather, this flowy piece features a brilliant print that exudes a summery vibe. This is a lovely batik print caftan dress, perfect for a plus-size lady who wants a look of casual fun. It's nice to wear around the house, and outside of your style permits. You could wear it to the beach as a coverup, along with accessories like sandals and a straw hat and bag. I would wear it to a park, by the pool, and even to a casual summer BBQ. I do not like to wear pants in the hot months, which here, where I live, are parts of June and September, but especially in July and August. It's not very nice at that time of year! I would hand wash these in cold, gentle, or a gentle cycle, and try not to dry on low for too long, to remove wrinkles. I would then dry the rest of the way on a hanger. However, first check the product page for updated instructions, as they may have changed. These make brilliant gifts, and if you use Amazon's gift service, you select the option on the product page for customized options. This wasn't too costly for what you get, if I recall correctly. Perfect for my cruise, from pool to table! The fabric is so soft, smooth, airy, with vibrant colors. It packs in my luggage like a handkerchief!
