Beware of PlushBeds: Unreliable, Dishonest, and Scamming Customers!
I am beyond furious with PlushBeds. This company has proven itself to be a total scam, filled with nothing but liars and cheats. Let me share my nightmarish experience with you all, so you can avoid the same fate. I placed an order for a mattress on May 3rd, with a guarantee from PlushBeds that it would be delivered by May 19th. This was a promise they failed to keep from the get-go. Instead of honoring their commitment, they constantly delayed the delivery, feeding me lie after lie. Here’s a rundown of their deceit: On May 21st, I was told by a manager that the mattress was already loaded and ready to be shipped. I felt reassured, thinking it was finally on its way. The very next day, May 22nd, I called for an update, only to be told that they had just started creating the mattress! How can it be ready to ship one day and just starting production the next? To add insult to injury, they then claimed it would be shipped on May 25th. I was skeptical but hoped for the best. Within an hour, they called again and said it wouldn’t be shipped until Tuesday, May 28th, or possibly even longer. This level of dishonesty and incompetence is absolutely unacceptable. PlushBeds has shown a complete lack of respect for their customers, blatantly lying about the status of orders and shamelessly delaying delivery. I’m convinced this company is running a scam, taking money and stringing customers along with false promises and outright lies. Every single employee I spoke with, including the managers, fed me different stories, proving that dishonesty is ingrained in their business practices. Save yourself the headache and avoid PlushBeds at all costs. They don't value their customers and clearly have no intention of fulfilling their promises. This has been the worst purchasing experience of my life, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. PlushBeds, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your dishonesty and incompetence have lost you a customer for life, and I will make sure to spread the word about your disgraceful business practices. Buyer beware! Read more
