Edit: while the initial expectations of this pillow fell short of what I was looking for, the company was very responsive in wanting to make things right. As a result I've updated my rating to 4 stars. I've been looking for a good down pillow with enough fill power and support for side sleepers. Unfortunately, this definitely will not be it. I realize it takes time for vac packed pillows to get to full expansion but didn't even wait to start the return process. Straight out of the box it looked small and puny and is noticeably smaller than every other queen sized pillow we own. To ensure there wasn't a size difference due to country of origin I also measured against the stated dimensions and it was a full 2 inches less on width. Secondly, it is supposed to be a100% cotton cover. If it is, it's coated in some sort of plastic and is definitely not 100% cotton. And finally, while it may expand more over night the pillow itself is puny for the listed fill power and would need to be folded over to even have a chance to provide the height and support it claims to have for side sleepers.
