There is no way this has that many legit 5 star reviews. Several problems arise to dampen a good time. One -- The whole "tight" thing is over-rated here. It will fight to eject you with every push and, goodness forbid you stop for a moment and then aren't iron rod hard, this thing will pop you out out like a bad tooth. Two -- There is no way to warm this up and I've tried a few. So, you get things going and you're feeling pretty hot, then you plunge into... slippery coolness. It's a weird feeling having a decent sensation but being cooled off at the same time. Well, until you're ejected because real females are pretty warm and this is just the opposite. Three -- As others mentioned, they got the holes reversed; if you want more realistic feeleings out of this, it's back door time. But, see other problems listed above. And it will collect dust, bed lint, etc, so you'll need to clean it pretty good. Again, as others mentioned, the little "suction" thing in there does nothing for sensation and everything for making this even harder to clean. It kinda looks realistic but, it's a toy, so we're not expecting miracles of scale here. Not sure how long it will last because it's not going to get used beyond this review. Un-returnable for all of the obvious reasons. So, if you want to drop $30 for disappointment and frustration, here ya go.
