I was shopping for a new, discrete vibrator since mine decided to stop working (sad face). I bought this one in hopes that it would replace my other one. It is definitely powerful, but the biggest issue is that it is EXTREMELY LOUD. I think the seller had mentioned it was discrete so you can always have it with you, but just to test it, I went to the bathroom while my boyfriend was here to "try it" and even though I closed the door, he could definitely hear it. Unless you're an exhibitionist or just don't care, I would not bring this on a trip or to a public place. Also the silicon tip thing is kind of creepy because it makes it look like a slug or snail. Does it feel good? Yes, but it's still sort of weird looking. Lastly, this does take a single AA battery, but the problem with this particular design is that you have to twist the base in order to turn it on and I don't know if I got a bad one or what, but you have to be really careful that you don't turn it all the way. If you do, the whole thing comes apart. The ON switch is literally less than 3-4 millimeters from the "Take Apart" option. I've tried to turn this on many times, only to accidentally turn it a little bit too much and have the whole thing come apart on me. Also I highly doubt this is waterproof, as mine has a very clear gap that water could get into between the head and the base. Overall, I wish I had gotten another one. My original vibrator was the size of a standard lipstick or collapsible make up brush, and made little noise, but was still incredibly fun to use. so cheaply made for a pocket rocket style vibe. as usual there is an on, off, and open, and you twist it to get to each one of these. however there's like a half a millimeter difference between off and open, which is not where the markings indicate they should be. it's also not where they should be in regards to common sense on anything that vibrates. you go to turn it off and it opens. trying to turn it off but keep it closed, and then mess up, have it open and then try to turn it off but not turn it back on is extremely annoying and a huge waste of battery. I got one of these is 2014 and loved it. Im nub down there and need something strong. This really strong and works great for me. Well it died so i order a new one. It got here and i put a battery in it and it didnt work. I flipped it and tried a didnt battery. Still nothing. I looked in side and seen this metal part bent down and wonder if thats how it was ment to be so looked and my old one and seen it was standing up so i pushed to up and put a battery in and it works great.
