The media could not be loaded. I have had a big skinny wallet for close to a decade now. Love that thing! But after seeing this new trend of all these cool pop-up wallets and whatnot I decided I want to mix it up a bit. I dove into all of the various options you see on Amazon, read entirely way too many reviews, and I have been looking for several months now. I purchased a Secrid, Fidelo, and some other pop-up lever style but ultimately returned them all. One came in broken, and all lost the cards whenever you tipped it upside down and gave it the slightest shake. The design simply doesn't work. So I pumped the brakes, dove back into Amazon, and took my time reading reviews and seeing what people really say about all these different options. Ultimately I was drawn to this product. It is VERY well thought out. It's the perfect size, very well stitched together, great feeling leather, and the stretchy pouch on the front is pretty darn cool. That's the only part of the wallet that I think may wear out prematurely, but I assume it will last several years. We shall see..... it would probably last a lot longer if I keep cash in there instead of a card. Oh, and the green color is perfect. I would describe it as a forest green. Definitely looks elegant. Exactly what I was hoping for. I was pretty leery of the pull tab for the cards in the center. Seems like a quirky design, and I really didn't think I would like it. After loading it up with all my cards I went out for dinner with some friends. Pulled out the wallet at the end and needed to get a card from the center, and without missing a beat I instinctively grabbed the pull tab. It's a fantastic and simple design. It holds the center cards securely and is super intuitive to pop them out. I don't really care about the lanyard clip, and I might end up cutting it off. It's very unobtrusive though, so I'm leaving it on there for now just in case I change my mind. In summary I'm very happy with the purchase. Perfect size, perfect fit and finish, and I hope it lasts many years. And for those of you who actually read this whole damn rant about a small leather wallet, just to clarify, no I was not given this for free or paid in anyway for this review. I'm just one of those guys who likes to do reviews on products that are exceptional. I highly recommend this one! Read more
This is a nearly-perfect "minimalist" wallet/tool holder. It needs one less pocket to be perfect, but I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because it comes damn close & I'm a difficult SOB to please. I held off on writing this review until I'd used it for several months, and it's proven considerably more durable so far than other brands I've tried. The elastic pocket in particular seems more durable than others I've tried- probably due to the leather patch reinforcing it. The main pocket has rounded corners unlike some other brands, which make it easier to slip in and out of your pocket. I typically carry a single credit card and my driver's license in the main pocket. I thought the pull strap might be gimmicky (and worse, add unnecessarily to thickness), but it's designed well so that it doesn't really, and I've come to appreciate it deploying my cards quickly (including the chip on the credit card for tap payments, so that I don't need to take it fully out). I use the elastic pocket to hold a Gil-tek utility knife, Munkees mini fingernail clippers, and Sliver Gripper tweezers (all of which I can't recommend highly enough). I carry a single folded $100 bill in the pocket on the opposite side the elastic for unexpected cash payments. I could do without the pocket behind the elastic (and I even removed the stitched edge from that pocket with an exacto knife to minimize thickness, and ease of removing the items in the elastic). The overall thickness of all this is ~3/8". Not bad at all. I'm tempted to order another now for when this one inevitably gives up the ghost, but I think I'll hold off for the next version in hopes they realize the foolishness of their ways and eliminate the unnecessary pocket behind the elastic ;) Read more
Great wallet! Perfect for the essentials. Read more
Pros: Slim, light, good room in the middle pocket for any cards, stretchy front pocket for cards, key loop (for me I stuck an AirTag on it), comfortable in my pockets. Cons: I'm pretty sure the fabric on the front pocket is going to become loose over time. I'm just going to keep 1 card and slowly add as it loses tension, but this wallet will likely need to be replaced. Back pocket and front rigid pockets are very tight. Very strong leather smell. Neutral: Can't say much on the quality, the stitching and leather seem solid, but time is the biggest test. Read more
Simple, small, yet elegant design. This is everything I've ever needed for the small number of cards I carry every day (typically 4). The quality and workmanship are great, and the front stretchy fabric works exceedingly well to keep my most-used credit card easily accessible, yet firmly and safely held in place. This wallet fits into the card-pocket pocket sewn into the main pockets of my dress pants and suits. The rounded edges of the wallet also make a huge difference while slipping it into those pockets! I'm tossing out all of the similar-type wallets that I bought. None can match this one. Don't overload it!! Read more
Well made. Compact but not so much that you fight with it. A little on the high side but the quality is there. I love the lift ‘pull’. It lets you have more card space inside with out worrying they get stuck. The first front pocket (stiff) good for a card you use often and a drivers license. The elastic pocket is great for cash. 1 folded bill or 5, the elastic accommodates. We bought 1 cause they’re a bit pricey after watching my husband love his, I had to have one. I have not been disappointed. One is carefully handled and one is tossed around. I will update if quality diminishes. Read more
