Poetic Revolution Case for iPhone 16 Pro 6 3 inch Slide Camera Cover Full-Body Military Grade Rugged Shockproof

Like any iPhone user particularly, we want an aesthetic case that is durable and functional, preserves but also showcases. I know there is different selling points and features for each person, but let me tell you what I was looking for, why I chose this, and how well it suits. So with my last iPhone I did a whole bold experiment for a year using it “naked” or case-less to admire the design elements and sleek design of the device and also make myself more cautious with my things. Though I managed, learned a lot, dropped it many times and was amazed at how it never broke… I have now come to realize that these devices are no longer just cellphones, but mini computers and workstations: it is my go-to camera for photography, banking/investing, business, bible study, music creation, video editing, and so much more. For this reason protection was the first priority. I wanted a full camera lens cover (as any photographer would use for their camera), a charge port cover (to keep perfect function for the thing that charges and allows this thing to be used), and super thick edges and corners. The kickstand that doubles as a finger ring to help support secure holding is an awesome bonus. Folks, this is it. Never had one of those otterbox, but I’m convinced this phone will do even better in this case. As you see in the photo, it comes with 2 front frames, one with a plastic protector attached (which I’m using), and another to put your own if you wanted a specific glass or privacy protector (that’s thoughtful!). I’m only a bit concerned the stand and camera cover is a bit on the cheap side of flimsy plastic, but unless I abuse the case or dropped the phone harshly, I don’t think they would break off. Admittedly, after looking on Amazon for over 2 weeks trying to make a decision on a simple iPhone case, I can honestly say there is no buyer’s remorse lol! I’m pleased. Funny I was willing to go 2 weeks and risk breaking or damaging a brand new $1000 fragile device that I will depend on for so many important every day tasks. Case shopping online for hours I think is a bizarre act of humanity. But it’s the world we live in. And we are so blessed to have these super phones. Protect your device, use it for good, be grateful for it in this way. The color and sleekness is admirable and fascinating to behold a bit upon first purchase, but after that moment, protect that thing fully, not relying on Apple Care, but keeping in mind all that you use and need it for daily, and the consequences of having it break in an unsuspecting sudden moment. Or not being able to charge it and use it, or take a clear photo to capture a beautiful memory. I left this review because I am happy of the purchase, as it is a good product and what I wanted. I want to help the customer and support the company. I see it was lacking good customer photos and I know how it is to shop online and want a realistic visual of the product. If you read this and resonate with anything I’ve written, please save your precious time, make a decision, and get on to more important matters in your life in using your phone and enjoying life. Make sure you protect not just the phone physically, but also internally with your privacy, what you access, and the content you use it to consume. Protect your eyes and heart for what you see and listen to on your phone, for what you spend your precious time and attention on. This is far more of greater importance than protecting your phone. Maybe you need to be reminded that the God of all creation loves you so much, unconditionally, and delights in you. You might not often (or never) feel this, or even feel you deserve it, but He has made you worthy and righteous because of what He did for you. You don’t have to earn His love, He wants to freely give it to you and waits for you to see, believe, and take it and fully experience it. Seek him and His protection even a fraction as much as you have been seeking out a case, and He will reveal Himself fully to you, guide you into good things, big and small, heal, reconcile, give you rest, fill you with incomparable joy and peace, and protect your precious heart, as you are His beloved child. Have had this case on my 16 pro for a few months now and it’s actually quite good! It’s really hard to find a nice, sturdy case with a vertical kickstand for any of the iphones with wireless charging. I personally don’t care much for wireless and would rather have a bulky case with useful functions than some thin rubber thing with a horizontal metal kickstand that will break off after 2 weeks. The kickstand is the best part for me. It keeps your phone at the perfect angle no matter which side you have it flipped on and because of the way it’s set up I don’t worry about it collapsing as I wear it in. I will say it’s a little more finnicky than most cases I’ve had in that the kickstand is harder to pull out of the frame to actually use, but that’s not a huge deal since you can just leave it out of its case lock without locking it into kickstand mode pretty easily. It will just rattle a bit, haha. As far as bulk goes: this is definitely a bulkier, boxier case. If you like your phone thin and light this probably isn’t for you. it WILL, however, protect the hell out of your phone; I’ve dropped this thing more times than I can count and the case isn’t even scratched, let alone the phone. I can’t speak for the functionality of the included screen protector as I opted to use my own. It’s nice that they give you that choice though, and useful to have a backup in case the one I got the phone with fails at some point. I was pleasantly surprised that it seemed to be actual glass (or similar) instead of that dinky soft plastic you see on other all-in-one cases. Installation was, admittedly, frustrating. The instructions say to peel apart the outer rubber layer and the inner plastic frame at a specific corner, which was impossible for me to do. I had a much easier time pulling it apart along the edge by the camera button. Once it was apart the rest was easy, though! Finally, the camera cover: it’s useful, but the 16 pro’s cameras seem to be super sensitive to rapid changes in brightness. If I open the camera app and then open the cover, the cameras just… don’t work half of the time? The screen is completely black. It’s fine if I open the cover before the app, though - and unlike the kickstand, the camera cover is fairly easy to open. Overall: worth the money, even if I think the design could use a few minor QoL tweaks. Looks great, feels great, would not worry too much about dropping my phone down a flight of stairs as long as I had this thing on. This case feels super sturdy and offers great protection — I’ve dropped my phone a couple of times already and it held up perfectly. The built-in stand is a nice bonus, really handy for watching videos, and the grip feels comfortable in hand. The camera control button on the side is a cool idea and the slide camera cover works well. Overall though, it’s a great value for the protection it provides. Read more

Originally I purchased this Poetic case as a replacement for a Poetic brand case that had a scratched/damaged screen cover. This replacement was tight on my iPhone 16 Pro, again I wasn’t able to keep the lens slider on because the phone was overheating, and I was losing signal strength. With the case off, problems went away. Over several years I purchased 6 Poetic cases for my iPhone 13 Pro, and my wife’s iPhone 7, the cases worked very well. Now we upgraded to the iPhone 16 and 16 Pro, unfortunately the iPhone 16 Pro case, at least on my phone, has the fit problem. After writing a “low rating” review, Poetic reached out to me and offered a prompt refund, but they also wanted to know about the fit issue on my phone.
