I like the fact that this is a bigger pimple patch compared to the other pimple dots. It also has a cooling effect that feels soothing. I wish this came in even bigger size so it covers the entire forehead! it sticks on good. I can go to bed with it on and wake up with it still on my forehead. I previously was using Welly FaceSavers and then Hero Mighty Patch (Surface) because I needed more coverage and was going through the Welly option too quickly. These are not quite as large as I expected them to be but they're still a good size when you have several pimples clustered in the same area. I was not expecting the cooling sensation that never seemed to leave the area where I placed this on my chin. It wasn't uncomfortable but it did make me a little bit concerned that it may be too strong for my skin since I use a lot of actives in my skincare. I would suggest that this is what you would want to use if you're not already using skin care with actives in it like acids or tretinoin like I do and I believe the label on the box indicates this as well. I think these would be great for that. As for me, I think I need to stick to hydrocolloid patches that don't include any chemicals or additives like tea tree oil, etc. I'll only use these on nights when I'm taking a break from my regular skin care for a few days. They did stay on well, though. And, I believe the pimples on my chin did shrink noticeably. Read more

This is my first time using large patches with hydrocolloid. I like that these work just like the smaller ones do, but they cover a much larger area. They are perfect for the back, neck, chest and even the face, but are more noticeable than the smaller ones. Still, they are great to use overnight. TIP: I found that I can cut them into smaller patches as needed. Not only are they less noticeable when they are smaller, but I doubled the amount of the patches I have! Read more
