Terrific clip on flip up metal clip attachments for standard eyeglasses (driving in rain, etc.). Used them over my driving glasses to dull down the glare on a rainy night. Really worked! Good good quality! Read more

I suddenly discovered the concept of "clip-on" sunglasses recently and wonder why I had never considered them before. These clip-on sunglasses work amazingly well. I ordered several shades, but find the brown "lighter" lenses work best for everyday use. I am currently working with the sheriff's patrol and am in a vehicle much of the day--I was told that transitional lenses do not work well in vehicles, so these are a lifesaver. Placing the clip-on lenses on my eyeglasses is super quick and easy, and once on, they do block my vision in any way. Please be careful when measuring your glasses, especially since the measurements are in metric. Read more

I bought these clip-ons after I started wearing an older pair of eyeglasses which did not have the transition coating. After checking out various sellers’ sites, I found that CAXMAN sold a small 56 x 33mm size. This set fit on my narrower framed glasses. They were light, thin and easy to attach and flip up when I went indoors. I appreciated the hard, plastic case, cleaning cloth, and soft, black case which seller supplied. The gray color was fine for blocking sunlight and glare, but did not provide optimal vision. I doubt that any sunglasses except full-size polarized ones could do that. Read more

Perfect for night driving and using with prescription glasses. Cuts the glare of oncoming headlights but not too dark to see clearly without oncoming lights. The perfect solution for my night blindness. Read more

I ordered the black clip-ons to protect my eyes from the sun and glare, which caused headaches and eye pain/fatigue. I should also note I had to re-order this item as I never received it the first time. I have had them for a couple weeks now, and although they didn't help me right away as they do for some people, I noticed an improvement a few days after. The ones I ordered fit my glasses because I was sure to measure it carefully. Mine might be a bit larger than my actual lenses, but they cover the whole frame, which I like and prefer. Overall, they have been helpful at blocking the light and reduced my symptoms tremendously. They are most effective when combined with a hat or cap to block light coming from the top of my glasses that aren't covered by the clip-on. Pros: -lightweight -they look retro cool when I wear them flipped up when walking inside (I get stares but also compliments so that's a win!) -filter most sunlight and glare when looking straight ahead -comes with two cases and a cleaning cloth. Cleaning cloth is one of the best I had, especially when combined with glasses cleaning solution Cons: -the lenses are a bit fuzzy even when I clean them well. But they're plastic and I'm looking through Rx lenses first then through them, so who knows. In particularly bright spaces with extra glare from windows all around, for example, I notice that that glare is reflected back onto the inside of the lenses, where I'm looking through, so that there is a sort of fuzzy halo around things I'm looking at. This overall reduces clarity and makes me strain my eyes a bit to see things clearly -the clear rubber on the clips are a bit distracting and noticeable when you wear these for the first time. Your brain eventually gets used to it and ignores that you can see it, but I wish they fit closer to the inside edge of the glasses where the bridge and nose pads meet. I understand this may be part of the design to compensate for people who have a wider bridge on their glasses, but still -they obviously won't filter light from the side of your eyes or underneath -the case is sometimes difficult to close, especially when I put the clip-ons in. I have to press everywhere and re-position it then it finally snaps closed. Minor quibble though -there should be instructions on how to clean them. This might appear obvious, but I don't take that for granted. I was apprehensive to use the solution for my glasses as the cloth alone didn't remove all the fingerprints, but it worked well I haven't used it for extended periods outside yet but overall, still a good purchase at a fairly good price and I am happy to have them as they are quite effective. I'm in my mid 50's, and my night driving has deteriorated over the years to a point where I really hated driving at night. I had lasik done many years ago, and halos from oncoming cars always really bothered me. But, with age, I also saw more reflection issues coming from street lights and headlights. I accidentally stumbled on yellow glasses to improve night-time driving but was skeptical. But, at this point, I was desperate. These had a good rating, and I could attach them to my eyeglasses. The price was reasonable, so I figured I had nothing to lose, and possibly much to gain. I measured my eyeglasses and purchased these clip-ons and they fit very well. And, then I tried them in different situations. Here's what I found. 1. Nighttime driving with no rain with streetlights and lots of oncoming cars - they work extremely well. You do have to get used to them - as the yellow tint makes everything darker. All the white light and reflections turn yellow. But, the reflection is cut down dramatically. 2. Nighttime driving with rain - I found it difficult to see when the rain was coming down steadily. Because of the tint, I cannot see the road well when it rains. 3. Nighttime driving with no street lights - Since the yellow tint makes everything a bit darker, it's harder to see, so I don't use them in this scenario. Overall, I am very pleased with them, as most of my night driving is in an area with lots of lights. And, because they are clip-ons, I can easily flip them up when the circumstances change (rain or no streetlights/oncoming headlights). They are a very inexpensive solution and I'm so glad that I came across these! Read more

Sorry I don’t get it, clip the glasses to my prescription, bingo, when I take off the glasses, the clip ones fall to floor? I needed more uv protection, not belly reduction. I originally reviewed this as a 1 STAR, upon further examination I DO GET IT, nice product, I will not ask for a return. Read more
